Mr. François KAUFFMAN holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Aix-Marseille University, a Master 2 degree in Industrial Property Law from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University, as well as an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London.
He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2015 and joined one of the leading law firms in Luxembourg before joining the firm in September 2017.
His areas of expertise notably include family law, real estate and construction law, tenancy law, civil liability law and employment law.
He has particular expertise in all matters relating to domestic and international adoptions (simple or full adoptions)
He speaks Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
