Me Jean Kauffman holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Grenoble.
He was sworn in in 1980 and began his professional career in one of Luxembourg’s leading law firms before joining the firm in 1983.
He served as a member of the Luxembourg Bar Council from 1993 to 1995, and later from 2006 to 2011.
From 2007 to 2009, he served as President of the Luxembourg Bar Association.
From 2015 to 2021, he was a member of the Disciplinary and Administrative Council for Lawyers in Luxembourg, where he served as President from 2017 to 2021.
He specializes and is recognized for his expertise in civil liability law, personal injury compensation and social claims, real estate law, rental law, and general obligations law.
He speaks Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
