Me Monique Wirion holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Grenoble. She was sworn in in 1980 and joined the firm the same year.
She has been a member of the Young Bar Conference and the Luxembourg Bar Council.
She is currently a member of the Compensation Commission for Victims of Crime in Luxembourg.
As Me Edmond Wirion, she is also sworn calculation expert to determine the compensation to be allocated to the victims of accidents and crimes.
She specializes and is well-known for her expertise in inheritance law, family law (particularly divorces, adoptions, and guardianships/conservatorships), civil liability law, insurance law, personal injury compensation, and social claims.
She speaks Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
